Mkwero Community Day Secondary School
This school is located outside the township and most of its student’s school fees are paid by government, NGO’s or other sponsors. The school only has four classrooms and a population of about 317 students and 14 teachers.
Nsalura Community Day Secondary School
This school is right at the centre of Salima Township. However regardless that it is located in this town, most of the kids that attend this school come from either villages that surrounds the town or from families that are very vulnerable and stay in town for survival. Just like most of the other schools, children walk very long distances to get to this school. The school has 8 old classrooms and a population of about 458 children and 16 teachers.
We are now sponsoring 20 children there in Malawi. We have 2 schools and from each school we sponsor 5 boys and 5 girls. We try and make sure that they have what they need to get in school with books and other materials. We are so thankful for our sponsors that have been giving all year to help meet the need of the children there in Malawi.
