In 1976 I was called into the ministry and was ordained in 1979 by the late Bishop Louis Henry Ford in Chicago, IL..
I served the whole area of Joliet, IL and surrounding cities with revivals, crusades, street meetings, shut-ins, and various nursing homes. I served as an Associate Pastor at Holy Ghost Deliverance Center, Lockport, IL.
Upon returning to Tennessee in 1996, I continued to serve and to work with various churches. The call to pastor came in in 2002. God gave the name, Evangelical Outreach Ministries, Inc. and said church was formed. In 2006 a Higher Calling was made to the Office of Bishop in the Holiness Outreach Ministry Association.
I received my Doctorate of Theology, Master of Theology, and Bachelor of Ministries from International College of Bible Theology – Norris City, IL.
In 2012 Evangelical Outreach Christian Community Center Inc. was formed after a need was revealed for greater mission work for the community and abroad.
The work continues with mission trips to Africa

Pastor of House Of Prayer since 1998 in Memphis, TN. Oversee and manage the financial administrative functions of the church.
Presiding Elder CME-Judicial Covenant CME Church 12 years. Performed all the sacraments, ordinances, and general functions of the CME Church.
I was responsible for troubleshooting in situations where clients become unruly to show them positive alternatives to get there problems resolved.
I have a Bachelors Degree from Lane College, Jackson, TN., a Masters Degree from Memphis Seminary, Memphis, TN, and a Doctorate in Humanitarian and Religions from St. Stephen University, Los Angeles, CA.

We were founded in 2012 in Memphis Tennessee, in a poverty stricken community. We work with other organizations to help feed, clothe, and to inspire the youth, as well as families. We take every opportunity to help them to have a better life. The most important thing is that they accept Christ into their lives.
